How to take

Adult dose

For adults, take 1 packet three times a day before meals or between meals.

Child dose

For ages 7 to 14 years, take 1/2 packet three times a day before meals or between meals. For ages 5 to 6 years, take 1/4 packet three times a day before meals or between meals.
