Adult dose

Typically, an adult should take 1 packet (single dose) three times a day before meals or between meals.

This medication should not be taken by women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, as certain ingredients in this medication may increase the risk of premature birth or miscarriage. Additionally, individuals with lactose intolerance or certain genetic disorders should not take this medication, as it contains lactose which can lead to adverse effects in these individuals. People with hypertension, heart disease, kidney disease, or edema should consult a professional before taking this medication. Those who have previously experienced a skin rash or itching due to medication should also exercise caution. Individuals with a weak stomach or who are prone to diarrhea should be careful, as this medication may cause symptoms such as loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea. Patients taking other medications or undergoing treatment, as well as children and the elderly, should ideally consult a professional before use. If symptoms such as swelling of the face or hands and feet, or increased blood pressure occur during use, stop taking the medication immediately and consult a professional. If side effects such as muscle weakness, convulsions, skin rashes, or indigestion occur, stop taking the medication immediately and seek consultation. If symptoms do not improve after more than one month, consult a professional. Always comply with the prescribed dosage and administration guidelines, and if long-term use is required, consult a professional. Particularly when taking potassium-containing preparations or certain diuretics, be cautious as the risk of side effects may increase. When taking with other herbal medicines or traditional remedies, be aware of ingredient duplication. Serious side effects

• Symptoms of hyperaldosteronism such as decreased urine output or swelling of the face and hands and feet, heavy eyelids, rigidity in the hands, high blood pressure, or headaches.
• Symptoms of myopathy (muscle disease) such as weakness, limb spasms, or paralysis.

Mild side effects

Loss of appetite, discomfort in the stomach, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, rashes/redness (congestion leading to redness), itching
