This medicine should not be used by individuals who have inflammatory fever, are weak and cough for a long time, vomit blood, have fever or a dry cough. This medicine contains lactose and should not be administered to patients with genetic diseases that digest lactose poorly. Those with high blood pressure or older age, heart or kidney problems, peripheral edema, those receiving treatment from a doctor, those with diarrhea, poorly nourished children, and those with damp-heat symptoms should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine. If urine decreases, swelling occurs in the face or limbs, eyelids feel heavy, hands become rigid, blood pressure rises, or headaches occur during use, the medication should be stopped immediately and advice from a professional should be sought. Long-term use of this medicine may cause hypokalemia, leading to high blood pressure, fluid retention, edema, and weight gain, so potassium levels in the blood should be closely monitored. Hypokalemia may also result in muscle weakness, cramps, or paralysis, so if these symptoms arise, the medication should be stopped and consultation should occur. Dry mouth or tongue curving may also occur, so caution is advised. Taking this medicine with potassium-containing drugs, licorice components, or certain diuretics may exacerbate side effects, so careful use is needed when taking such medications together. Moreover, it's advisable not to use this medicine with specific ingredients such as Banha and Odu.

Serious side effects

• Edema accompanied by increased blood pressure.
• Marked decrease in urine output.
• Severe edema or urination abnormalities.
• Severe neurological symptoms (weakness, limb cramps, paralysis).

Mild side effects

• Dry mouth, tongue curving and other external reactions.
• Weakness, limb cramps, paralysis and other myopathy symptoms.
• Decreased urine output, swelling in the face or limbs, heavy eyelids, rigid hands, headaches.
• Increased blood pressure, weight gain, edema.

This medicine may be sensitive to air and moisture, so it must be stored in a sealed container. It is recommended to maintain a storage temperature between 1 degree and 30 degrees Celsius at room temperature. Proper storage will help maintain the medication's effectiveness and safety for a longer period.
