This medication is used for cough and asthma.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

Typically, adults should take 1 packet (single dose) 3 times a day with warm water after meals.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by newborns, pregnant or potentially pregnant women, and breastfeeding women. This medication contains lactose, so individuals with a genetic inability to digest lactose should not take it. Patients with high blood pressure, heart or kidney problems, those with edema, elderly patients, and individuals currently undergoing other treatments should consult a specialist before taking this medication. If during the use of this medication, the amount of urine decreases or symptoms such as facial and limb swelling, heaviness of eyelids, or stiffness of hands occur, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist. Additionally, if muscle weakness or symptoms such as spasms or paralysis of the limbs appear, stop taking this medication and inform a specialist. If symptoms do not improve after taking this medication for more than a month, stop taking it and consult a specialist. This medication should not be taken for long periods, and if prolonged use is unavoidable, consultation with a specialist is necessary. It is crucial to adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration; caution is advised when taken with other medications containing potassium, licorice, or specific diuretics due to potential side effects. Also, when taken with other herbal medicines, care should be taken to avoid overlapping ingredients. Store this medicine in a cool place away from direct sunlight and humidity, and be sure to seal it after use. Keep it in a safe place out of reach of children, as transferring it to another container can risk misuse or quality degradation, therefore it must be kept in its original container and tightly closed.
