For inflammation accompanied by skin infections, it is advisable to use antibiotics or antifungals alongside this medication to avoid exacerbation of the infection, and to observe the condition carefully. When used for chronic conditions such as degenerative arthritis, other treatment methods should also be considered in addition to medication, and vigilance regarding possible adverse reactions is necessary. Two weeks after using this medication, the effectiveness and safety of the treatment should be re-evaluated. Breastfeeding women should refrain from using this medication because it may pass into breast milk. Safety for children has not been sufficiently confirmed, so caution in use is required. Elderly patients may have a higher risk of cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, and kidney-related side effects when using this medication, so it should be used cautiously at the minimum dose. In cases of overdose, serious symptoms such as hypotension, renal failure, convulsions, gastrointestinal discomfort, and respiratory depression may occur, and immediate medical attention should be sought. This medication should not be applied to areas with skin wounds, infections, eczema, burns, or to the eyes or mucous membranes, and should not be used with occlusive dressings.
