Efficacy & effects
This medication helps alleviate inflammatory edema and swelling that occurs after surgery or trauma. It is also used to improve symptoms of lactostasis, which is the condition of milk accumulation.
Dosage
On the first day, take 2 tablets once, 4 times a day. Then for maintenance, take 1 tablet once, 4 times a day.
Precautions
This medication contains lactose, so individuals with a genetic disorder that prevents them from digesting lactose should not take it. Patients with bleeding disorders or severely impaired liver or kidney function, as well as pregnant women or women who may become pregnant, should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. Additionally, if taken with medications that inhibit blood clotting, this medication may enhance their effects, so caution is needed. If skin rash or redness, or gastrointestinal symptoms such as diarrhea, constipation, nausea, or vomiting occur during the use of this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. If there are signs of bleeding tendencies such as nosebleeds or blood-streaked sputum, seek medical attention promptly. This medication should be taken exactly as prescribed, and care should be taken not to arbitrarily increase or decrease the dosage. Store in a safe place out of reach of children and do not transfer the medication from its original container to another.
Side effects
Rash, redness (hyperemia), diarrhea, constipation, loss of appetite, abdominal discomfort, nausea, vomiting, nosebleeds, and bleeding tendencies in sputum.
Interactions
This medication should be used in consultation with a doctor or pharmacist if taken with anticoagulants.
