This medication is used for relieving inflammation and swelling due to surgery or trauma, as well as for galactostasis (milk accumulation).
Dosage
Rash, erythema (redness due to congestion), diarrhea, constipation, loss of appetite, abdominal discomfort, nausea, vomiting, nosebleeds, and bleeding tendencies such as bloody sputum
Precautions
This medication contains lactose. Therefore, individuals with genetic issues such as galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency, and glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take this medication. Those with bleeding disorders where blood does not coagulate well, or individuals with severe liver or kidney dysfunction should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. Especially women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should only take this medication if the benefits of treatment outweigh the risks, as the safety of this medication is not established. Additionally, patients taking anticoagulants should take this medication with caution under the supervision of a doctor, as the effect of the anticoagulant may be increased when taken together. If there are any signs of hypersensitivity, such as skin rash or redness while taking this medication, stop taking it immediately and consult medical personnel. Gastrointestinal symptoms such as diarrhea, constipation, loss of appetite, abdominal discomfort, nausea, and vomiting may occur, so consult a specialist if these symptoms arise. Rarely, bleeding tendencies such as nosebleeds or bloody sputum may develop due to blood-related issues, so caution is required.
Side effects
It may be sensitive to air or moisture, so it should be stored in a sealed container. The storage temperature should be maintained at room temperature between 1 and 30 degrees Celsius. This helps maintain the effectiveness of the medication for a longer period.
Interactions
On the first day, take 2 tablets once, 4 times a day. Then, for maintenance, take 1 tablet once, 4 times a day.
