Adult dosage

On the first day, take 2 tablets once, 4 times a day. Thereafter, for maintenance, take 1 tablet once, 4 times a day.

This drug contains lactose, so individuals with a genetic inability to digest lactose should not take it. People with bleeding disorders or severe liver or kidney impairment must consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should also consult a doctor before using this drug, and it should be taken only when the benefits of treatment outweigh the risks. Patients taking anticoagulants should be closely monitored for an increased risk of bleeding when taking this drug. If allergic reactions appear, such as skin rash or redness while taking this medication, the medication should be stopped immediately, and a specialist should be consulted. Additionally, gastrointestinal issues such as diarrhea, constipation, loss of appetite, abdominal discomfort, nausea, and vomiting may occur; in such cases, the medication should be stopped and a doctor consulted. Rarely, bleeding symptoms like nosebleeds or blood-tinged sputum may occur, and in those cases, the medication should also be discontinued immediately. When taking this medication, always adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration, and do not alter it arbitrarily. This medication should be stored out of reach of children, and transferring it to another container may deteriorate the drug's quality or pose a risk of misuse; therefore, it should be stored in its original container.

Rash, redness, diarrhea, constipation, loss of appetite, abdominal discomfort, nausea, vomiting, tendency for bleeding such as nosebleeds and blood-tinged sputum
