Adult dose

Generally, adults take 1 packet per dose (standard dosage) Take 3 times a day before meals or between meals.

Child dose

Ages 7 to 14: 1/2 packet per dose (1/2 of adult dosage) Ages 5 to 6: 1/4 packet per dose (1/4 of adult dosage) Take 3 times a day before meals or between meals.
