This medication is used for suppurative diseases that occur in the skin or tissues, accompanied by redness, swelling, hardening, and pain.
Typically, for adults, take 2 tablets (2 capsules) 3 times a day before meals or between meals.
This medication should not be taken by patients who have localized symptoms such as redness, swelling, and pain, as well as systemic symptoms like headache, chills, and fever. Additionally, patients with abscesses or chronic boils without fever should also avoid this medication. Patients with hypertension, heart or kidney diseases, those with edema, and patients receiving other treatments must consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication. Elderly patients and women who are pregnant or could become pregnant should also be cautious, and it is important to consult a professional if there has been a history of rash or itching due to medications. Use in children is not recommended as safety has not been sufficiently established. If symptoms such as decreased urine output, swelling of the face or hands and feet, heaviness of the eyelids, hand stiffness, increased blood pressure, or headache occur during the use of this medication, it should be stopped immediately and advice from a healthcare professional sought. Additionally, if muscle weakness, spasms, skin rashes, or gastrointestinal discomfort occurs, it is necessary to stop the medication and consult a professional. If symptoms do not improve or worsen after taking it for 5 to 6 days, it is important to consult a healthcare professional immediately. This medication should not be taken for long periods; if long-term use is necessary, it should be under professional guidance. The prescribed dosage and administration must be strictly followed, and caution is needed when taken with potassium or licorice-containing medications and certain diuretics, as muscle-related side effects may occur. When taking multiple herbal medicines, check for overlapping ingredients and take precautions. When storing, keep away from direct sunlight, store in a cool, dry place, and ensure it is out of the reach of children. The medication should be stored in its original container and sealed; transferring it to other containers may risk degradation of quality or misuse.
