Adult dose

Adults: Take 3.5 grams three times a day before meals or in between meals.

Child dose

Children aged 7–14: Take 1.8 grams (1/2 of the adult dose) three times a day before meals or in between meals. Children aged 5–6: Take 0.9 grams (1/4 of the adult dose) three times a day before meals or in between meals.

This medication should not be taken by children under 5 years old. Individuals with hypertension or heart and kidney diseases should consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication. Those who are physically weak or have digestive issues should also consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication. People who have previously experienced skin rashes or itching due to medications should exercise caution. Women who are taking other medications, pregnant, or may become pregnant should consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication. Elderly individuals may have decreased bodily functions, so it is important to adjust the dosage and take additional care. If swelling of the face or limbs, elevated blood pressure, or headaches occur while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. If muscle weakness, cramps, or paralysis occurs, stop taking the medication and seek help. If skin rash, itching, indigestion, or nausea occurs, stop taking the medication and consult a healthcare professional. If symptoms do not improve after a few days, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed dosages and intervals, and long-term use should be discussed with a healthcare professional. When giving this medication to children, caregivers must provide proper guidance and supervision. Care should be taken when taking with other medications containing potassium or licorice, as side effects may occur. When taking this with other herbal medicines, ensure that there are no overlapping ingredients. Store this medication in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children.
