This medicine should not be used for patients with fever due to inflammation. Also, patients in a weak state with fever and lacking strength should not take this medicine. This product contains lactose, so patients with genetic conditions that prevent lactose digestion should not take it. Those with high blood pressure, elderly individuals, those with heart or kidney issues, and those with swelling should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine. Additionally, patients receiving other treatments should also consult an expert before taking this medicine. If during treatment symptoms such as reduced urine output, swelling of the face or limbs, heaviness of the eyelids, stiffness of the hands, increased blood pressure, or headaches occur, discontinue use immediately and consult an expert. Long-term use of this medicine can lead to side effects such as hypokalemia, high blood pressure, fluid retention, swelling, and weight gain, therefore, regularly check potassium levels and discontinue use if there are any abnormal symptoms. Symptoms such as muscle weakness, cramps, or paralysis can occur due to hypokalemia, so discontinue use and consult an expert if these symptoms arise. Be cautious when taking this medicine in conjunction with potassium-containing medications, licorice components, or certain diuretics, as the risk of side effects may increase. This medicine should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and must be tightly sealed after use.
