Adult dose
Adults and children over 6 years of age should take 10 mg of cetirizine hydrochloride orally once daily before bedtime. In patients with renal impairment, dosage intervals should be adjusted based on kidney function and dose adjusted according to creatinine clearance. Normal (creatinine clearance ≥80) and mild (50–79) patients:

This medication is used for seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis, allergic conjunctivitis, chronic idiopathic urticaria, and pruritus. Additionally, it enhances effectiveness when used in conjunction with hydrocortisone topical preparations for the treatment of eczema and dermatitis. Overall, it helps improve allergic and skin conditions.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults and children over 6 years of age should take 10 mg of cetirizine hydrochloride orally once daily before bedtime. Precautions
