Precautions
This medication contains Pseudoephedrine which may rarely cause severe skin reactions such as acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis; if fever, skin rash, or small blisters occur during use, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. This medication should be avoided by those with certain conditions such as a risk of glaucoma, difficulty urinating, severe hypertension or heart disease, a history of seizures, or those currently taking or who have recently stopped taking MAO inhibitors. During use, do not take with MAO inhibitors, and anyone with conditions like hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, hyperthyroidism, or who is pregnant, breastfeeding, children, or elderly should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. When taking this medication, do not crush or chew it; swallow it whole and it is advisable not to take it with food. You should not exceed the recommended dosage, and the Pseudoephedrine component can lead to tolerance or toxicity, so long-term or excessive use should be avoided. Combining with other antihistamines or decongestants should be avoided, and caution is required when taking with other medications that can affect the cardiovascular system. Also, taking with fruit juices such as grapefruit juice, orange juice, or apple juice can reduce the efficacy; it is recommended to take it with water. If symptoms such as nervousness, dizziness, insomnia, hypertension, palpitations, or headaches occur during use, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. This medication should be stored in a cool, dry place out of reach of children, and it is safer not to transfer it to another container.
