Relief of difficulty in expectoration due to respiratory diseases such as acute and chronic bronchitis and bronchial asthma.
This medication is used to relieve symptoms of difficulty in expectoration caused by acute and chronic bronchitis, bronchial asthma, laryngitis, sinusitis, and cystic fibrosis.
Acute disease 200 mg once, three times a day Chronic disease 200 mg once, twice a day
Acute disease Ages 6 to 14: 200 mg once, twice a day Chronic disease Ages 6 to 14: 100 mg once, three times a day Cystic fibrosis Ages 6 and older: 200 mg once, three times a day
This medication should not be taken by individuals who are allergic to this medication or its ingredients. Patients with ulcers in the stomach or duodenum should also avoid taking this medication. This medication is not to be used in children under 2 years of age. Additionally, this medication contains lactose, so individuals with a genetic disorder that prevents lactose digestion should not take it. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should consult a physician before taking this medication. Breastfeeding women should also consult professionals since it is uncertain whether this medication can be transferred into breast milk. This medication contains specific dyes, and individuals with allergies or hypersensitivity reactions to these dyes should be cautious. If gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, stomatitis, heartburn, or diarrhea occur while taking this medication, stop taking it immediately and consult a physician. If allergic reactions such as urticaria, itching, rashes, headaches, tinnitus, or bronchial spasms occur, stop taking it immediately and consult a professional. If there is a rapid heartbeat or elevated blood pressure, also stop taking the medication and seek medical assistance. Rarely, severe allergic reactions like anaphylaxis may occur, so caution is necessary. This medication may decrease the effectiveness of certain antibiotics when taken together, so it should be taken at least 2 hours apart. Moreover, it is advisable not to mix this medication's solution with other medications. Store in a safe place out of reach of children. It is safest to keep this medication in its original container. Transferring it to another container may lead to misuse or degradation of the medication's quality.

This medication should be taken at least 2 hours apart from oral antibiotics.
This medication should be stored in a tightly sealed container to prevent air from entering and should be kept at room temperature between 1 to 30 degrees Celsius. This will help maintain the effectiveness of the medication for a longer period.
