This medicine should not be used by individuals with inflammatory fevers, those who are weak and have prolonged coughing, those who vomit blood, or those with fevers. Additionally, since it contains lactose, individuals with genetic conditions that prevent them from digesting lactose should refrain from taking it. Those with diarrhea or nutritional disorders and those showing signs of phlegm heat should use this medicine with caution. Among the ingredients, glycyrrhizin can cause low potassium levels and increased blood pressure due to prolonged intake beyond a certain amount, leading to symptoms such as fluid retention or weight gain, so caution is required. Side effects such as dry mouth or a curled tongue may occur during use. It is advisable not to use this medicine in conjunction with specific ingredients such as Pinellia Tuber and Aconite. When storing, it should be kept sealed in a cool place away from direct sunlight and moisture; transferring it to another container is important for maintaining the drug's quality. Individuals with high blood pressure, elderly persons, those with heart or kidney problems, those with edema, or those receiving other treatments should consult a physician or pharmacist before use. If during use there is a decrease in urine output, swelling of the face or extremities, heaviness of the eyelids, stiffness of the hands, increased blood pressure, or headaches, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. For long-term high-dose use, blood potassium levels should be checked regularly and if any abnormalities arise, usage should be stopped. Symptoms of muscle weakness, limb cramps, or paralysis may occur due to low blood potassium; if these symptoms appear, discontinue use and inform a professional.
