This medicine helps to expel phlegm accumulated in the respiratory tract and strengthens heart function through its expectorant and cardiotonic effects. Therefore, it is primarily used for respiratory diseases with severe cough or phlegm and heart-related issues.
Dosage and Administration
Adult dosage
Take 0.71-2.14 grams three times a day before meals or between meals. Adjust the dosage according to age and symptoms. When combining for preparation, reduce the appropriate amount.
Precautions
This medicine contains lactose. Therefore, it should not be used by patients with genetic conditions such as galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption. Additionally, this medicine is highly sensitive to moisture, so the lid must be tightly closed after use and stored in a sealed condition.
