Adult dose

Typically, for adults, take 20 pills three times a day before or between meals.

This medication should not be taken by women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, as some ingredients contained in this medication may cause miscarriage or preterm birth. Additionally, individuals with lactose intolerance or certain genetic metabolic disorders should not take this medication due to the risk of digestive issues from lactose. Patients with hypertension, heart disease, kidney disease, or edema should consult a specialist before taking this medication, as it may worsen their symptoms. Individuals who have previously experienced allergic reactions such as rashes or itching after taking medications should also exercise caution. Those with weak stomachs or frequent diarrhea may experience digestive disorders when taking this medication, so they should consult with a specialist. Patients currently taking other medications or undergoing treatment must consult before taking this medication. Children and the elderly should take caution when using this medication, as its safety has not been fully confirmed or due to potential diminished physical function. If any adverse symptoms, such as swelling, increased blood pressure, weakness, muscle cramps, rashes, or digestive issues occur while taking this medication, it should be stopped immediately, and a specialist should be consulted. Furthermore, if symptoms do not improve after one month of taking this medication, it should be discontinued and a doctor consulted. Strict adherence to the prescribed dosage and administration is required, and it is safe to consult a specialist if long-term use is needed. Care should be taken to avoid ingredient duplication or interactions when taking this medication together with other drugs or herbal medicines. Store this medication away from direct sunlight in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children. Serious side effects

Decreased urine output, swelling of the face and extremities, heavy eyelids, increased blood pressure, headaches, swelling accompanying increased blood pressure, myopathy due to hypokalemia (including weakness, limb cramps, paralysis)

Mild side effects

Loss of appetite, abdominal discomfort, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, rash or redness (congestion leading to redness), itching, weakness, limb cramps, paralysis (including symptoms of myopathy due to hypokalemia)

This medication should be stored in a tightly sealed container to protect it from air and moisture. It is recommended to maintain storage temperatures between 1 degree and 30 degrees Celsius at room temperature.
