This medication is used to relieve nasal congestion caused by conditions such as cold, sinusitis, and upper respiratory allergies.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

Adults and children over 12: 30 to 60 mg of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride orally, 3 to 4 times a day. The maximum daily dose is 240 mg. The total daily dosing should not exceed 4 times, with at least a 4-hour interval between doses. Adjustments may be made based on age and symptoms.
