Precautions

This medication can place a burden on the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic beverages a day should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking. Contains acetaminophen, which can cause severe rashes or allergic reactions; therefore, if skin rash or hypersensitivity occurs, discontinue use immediately. Caution should be taken not to exceed the maximum daily dosage, and it should not be taken with other products containing acetaminophen. Individuals with hypersensitivity, peptic ulcer, severe liver or kidney impairment, reduced heart function, or a history of aspirin-induced asthma should not take this medication. As it is an extended-release formulation, do not crush, chew, or dissolve the tablets; swallow them whole. Patients with liver or kidney diseases, peptic ulcers, blood disorders, bleeding tendencies, cardiac dysfunction, hypersensitivity, bronchial asthma, elderly individuals, and pregnant or nursing women should consult a specialist before use. If symptoms such as difficulty breathing, hives, severe nausea, abdominal pain, skin rash, or jaundice occur, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Regular blood tests and liver function tests are recommended with prolonged use, and it is preferable not to use it with other analgesics. The duration of use should be limited to within 10 days for pain and within 3 days for fever; if symptoms persist, consult a specialist. If an overdose occurs, seek medical attention promptly even if no symptoms are present, as treatment to protect the liver may be necessary. Keep out of reach of children and store in the original container to maintain the quality of the medication.
