How to take

Adult dose

Adults and children over 12 years old should take 1 g of Almagate orally three times a day, 30 minutes to 1 hour after meals, chewing it well. If necessary, an additional dose may be taken before bedtime.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals who are allergic to this drug or its ingredients. Additionally, patients with Alzheimer’s disease, hemorrhoids, fluid retention, pregnancy toxemia, diarrhea, and gastrointestinal bleeding of unknown cause should not take this medication. It is advisable not to take tetracycline antibiotics while taking this medication, as it may interfere with the absorption of the antibiotic.
