This medication should not be taken by individuals who have allergic reactions to certain components. Patients with ulcers in the stomach or duodenum and children under 2 years of age should also avoid using this medication. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant must consult a doctor before taking this medication, and it should only be used when absolutely necessary. Breastfeeding women should exercise caution as it is uncertain whether this medication passes into breast milk. If digestive symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, inflammation of the mouth, heartburn, or diarrhea occur during use, or if adverse reactions such as hives, itching, rash, headache, tinnitus, or worsening of asthma symptoms develop, use should be immediately discontinued and consult a healthcare professional. Additionally, this medication has also been reported to cause rare side effects such as difficulty in breathing, so it is important to consult medical staff immediately if such symptoms occur. When taken with oral antibiotics, the effectiveness of the antibiotic may be diminished, so it is best to take these two medications at least 2 hours apart. Avoid mixing other medications with this medication's solution, and the medication should be stored out of reach of children and in its original container. This inhalable medication can induce bronchospasm in patients with asthma or impaired respiratory function, so if any abnormal symptoms occur, use should be stopped immediately and consult a doctor. During inhalation, mild dizziness, nausea, vomiting, and loss of appetite may occur, and rarely symptoms such as bloody sputum, fever, drowsiness, and chest tightness may also arise, so care should be taken. Medication may increase bronchial secretions, so it is important to receive appropriate measures when natural expulsion is difficult. This inhalable medication may also reduce the effect when used with antibiotics, so it is advisable to administer antibiotics separately. Elderly patients may have decreased body function, so careful observation and cautious use are necessary.
