Relief of cold (fever, pain) and pain (headache, neuralgia)
This medication is effective for treating various pains caused by colds, including fever and pain, headaches, neuralgia, muscle pain, menstrual pain, and sprain pain. It can also be used for tooth pain, joint pain, and rheumatic pain. Therefore, it is used to improve symptoms as a medication that aids in relieving various types of pain.
Adults should take 0.3-1.0g orally 3-4 times a day as acetaminophen. A maximum of 4g can be administered in one day, adjusting according to age, condition, and symptoms.
Children should take the following doses orally 3-4 times a day. - Ages 11-14: 200-400mg (2-4 tablets) - Ages 7-10: 150-300mg (1-4 tablets) - Ages 3-6: 100-200mg
This medication may put a strain on the liver, so individuals who drink a lot of alcohol every day should consult with a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. This medication contains artificial sweetener aspartame, so individuals with the genetic disorder phenylketonuria should not take it. Since it contains acetaminophen, exceeding the maximum daily dosage may result in liver damage, so caution is advised. Rarely, serious skin allergic reactions can occur, so if skin rashes or hypersensitivity reactions develop, stop taking the medication immediately. Individuals allergic to this medication or those with peptic ulcers, severe liver, kidney, or heart diseases should not take it. It is also advisable that individuals with a history of aspirin-induced asthma or those taking certain medications do not use this medication. Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals, elderly patients, or those with liver or kidney function issues should consult with a healthcare professional before taking it. If severe allergic symptoms, difficulty breathing, severe vomiting, or skin rashes occur while taking this medication, stop taking it immediately and consult a doctor. Regular blood tests and liver function tests are important to check for abnormalities if taken for a long period. Do not take with other antipyretics and pain relievers, adhere to the prescribed dosage and duration, and consult a professional if symptoms persist or worsen. In case of overdose, go to the hospital immediately for appropriate treatment, and medication may be required to protect the liver. Keep out of reach of children and store safely in the original container.
Hives, severe swelling (edema), chest tightness, difficulty breathing, cold sweat, pallor, anaphylactic reactions, hypersensitivity, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis, acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis, severe allergic reactions, severe skin reactions, shock, asthma attacks, thrombocytopenia, cyanosis, severe rashes with high fever, blisters, skin peeling, pain in oral/ocular mucosa, liver abnormalities (jaundice), acute pancreatitis

Do not take this medication with other products containing acetaminophen, other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, barbiturate medications, or tricyclic antidepressants. Also consult with a doctor or pharmacist when taking with warfarin, lithium, or thiazide diuretics.
Do not take this medication with alcohol.
This medication should be stored in a tightly sealed container to prevent air from entering, and it is recommended to keep it at room temperature between 1°C and 30°C. Storing it this way will help maintain the medication's effectiveness.
