Adult dose

Generally, an adult should take 1 packet (one dose) three times a day before meals or in between meals.

This medication contains lactose and should not be taken by individuals with genetic disorders that prevent lactose digestion. Additionally, it is advisable that newborns, pregnant women or women who may become pregnant, and breastfeeding women do not use this medication. Individuals with hypertension, elderly patients, those with heart or kidney issues, individuals with edema, and those currently taking other medications or with a history of drug allergies should consult a professional before taking this medication. If symptoms such as reduced urine output, swelling in the face or hands and feet, or increased blood pressure occur while taking this medication, it should be discontinued immediately and a professional consulted. Moreover, if muscle weakness, cramps, or paralysis symptoms occur, it is also important to stop taking the medication and consult. If skin rashes, itching, or hives develop, the medication should be stopped immediately. If symptoms do not improve after about a week of use, it is necessary to consult a professional.
