This medicine is used to alleviate various symptoms of a cold, including runny nose, nasal congestion, sneezing, sore throat, cough, phlegm, chills, fever, headache, joint pain, and muscle ache. It effectively reduces discomfort due to colds and aids in quick recovery.

How to take

Adult dose

15 years and older: 15 mL, 3-4 times a day after meals and as needed at bedtime. Generally, the dosing interval should be more than 4 hours.

Child dose

Aged 11 to under 15 years: 10 mL, 3-4 times a day after meals and as needed at bedtime. Aged 7 to under 11 years: 7.5 mL, 3-4 times a day after meals and as needed.

Precautions

This medication may burden the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol daily should consult their doctor or pharmacist before taking it. This medication can rarely cause serious skin reactions, so if any abnormal symptoms such as rash or itching occur after taking it, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist. Care must be taken not to exceed the maximum daily dose of acetaminophen and should not be taken with other products containing acetaminophen.
