This medication can cause tendon-related disorders such as tendinitis and tendon rupture. If you experience pain or inflammation in the tendons while taking this medication, you must stop using it immediately. Peripheral neuropathy and central nervous system adverse effects can also occur, so caution is needed if sensory abnormalities or neurological issues are experienced. Correlating the drug with corticosteroids should be avoided and if tendon issues are suspected, the medication should be stopped immediately and rest should be taken. Seizures or central nervous system adverse effects may occur, so patients with a history of brain-related disorders should be especially cautious. Pregnant or breastfeeding women, adolescents under 18 years of age, and those allergic to this drug or similar medications should not take it. Regular liver and kidney function tests are necessary during administration, and adequate hydration is required. During the course of this medication, sun exposure or artificial ultraviolet light should be avoided, and if skin rash or hypersensitivity reactions appear, usage should be stopped immediately. Neurological adverse symptoms such as dizziness or drowsiness may occur, requiring caution in driving or operating dangerous machinery.
