Treatment for seasonal and perennial rhinitis (allergic, vasomotor) and prevention of nasal polyp recurrence.

If symptoms improve, can reduce to 1 spray (50㎍) per nostril in the morning and evening. 2. For treatment of nasal polyp symptoms and prevention of recurrence after surgery. Twice daily, 2 sprays (100㎍) per nostril. Adjust dosage based on age and symptoms.
For children under 12 years: once daily, 2 sprays (100㎍) per nostril or twice daily (morning, evening), 1 spray (50㎍) per nostril.
Caution is advised as patients transitioning from systemic corticosteroid therapy to topical corticosteroid therapy may experience adrenal insufficiency and withdrawal symptoms. Asthma patients or those who have been using systemic corticosteroids for an extended period should be careful as a sudden reduction in medication may worsen symptoms. Patients with chickenpox or those on immunosuppressants are especially at risk for infections, and appropriate immunoglobulin or antiviral therapy should be received if an infection occurs. When used concurrently with other steroid medications, the risk of adrenal suppression may increase, so it should be used cautiously. This medication should not be used in patients allergic to its ingredients or with recent nasal injuries. Patients with tuberculosis, fungal, or viral infections or those transitioning from systemic steroids should be especially cautious. Post-use symptoms may include sneezing, nasal irritation, dryness, and coughing, and rarely nasal bleeding or mucosal ulcers may occur. Various side effects such as dry mouth, dyspepsia, skin rash, increased intraocular pressure, and blurred vision may occur, so if symptoms are severe, consult a physician. It may take a few days for the medication to take effect, so if symptoms do not improve after three weeks, consult a specialist. Use preventively when facing allergens, and regular mucosal examinations should be conducted for long-term use. Do not abruptly stop the medication; always consult a physician or pharmacist and follow the usage instructions. Use regularly in the morning and evening and do not exceed the prescribed dosage. Vision impairment can occur, so if blurred vision or abnormal symptoms appear, consult an ophthalmologist. During pregnancy, use should be carefully considered based on risks and benefits to the fetus, and caution is also necessary during breastfeeding. For children, it is crucial to adhere to the exact dosage and use under parental supervision, as there is a possibility of growth inhibition, so growth status should be regularly monitored. Safety and efficacy have not been established in children under 6 years of age. To maintain cleanliness, open the protective cap and wash with warm water, then completely dry before use.
