Skin rash, swelling, and allergic reactions may occur, so any unusual symptoms should be reported immediately. Emergency measures should be prepared before using it, and to minimize side effects, the patient's condition should be closely monitored, and the minimum necessary dose should be used. When using in the mouth, swallowing may be impaired, increasing the risk of aspiration, so food intake should be avoided for 60 minutes after administration, particularly for children. Caution is also needed as the tongue or oral mucosa may be numbed, leading to unintentional injuries in the mouth.
