This medication is used to relieve fever and pain caused by colds, headaches, neuralgia, muscle pain, menstrual pain, and sprain pain. It is also effective for various types of pain such as toothache, joint pain, and rheumatic pain. This medication can improve multiple kinds of pain.
Adults should take acetaminophen at a single dose of 0.3-1.0g orally 3-4 times a day. The maximum daily dose can be up to 4g, and dosage should be adjusted appropriately according to age, condition, and symptoms.
Children should take acetaminophen at a single dose of 1 day 3-4 times orally. (Based on 160mg, 80mg) For ages 11-14, 200-400mg (2 tablets to 4 tablets), for ages 7-10, 150-300mg (1
This medication can put strain on the liver, so individuals who regularly consume large amounts of alcohol daily should consult with a doctor or pharmacist. If severe rash, blisters, or allergic reactions occur while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. This medication contains acetaminophen, so do not exceed the maximum daily dosage and do not take it with other acetaminophen-containing medications. People who are allergic to this medication or have peptic ulcers, severe liver, kidney, or heart diseases should not take it. If you have a history of asthma or are taking specific medications, consult a professional before using this medication. If you experience abnormal symptoms such as difficulty breathing, skin rashes, severe nausea, or bleeding while taking this medication, stop taking it immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. If taken long-term, regular blood tests and liver function tests are necessary, and dosage adjustments or discontinuation may be required if abnormalities are detected. In children and the elderly, the minimal dosage should be used, and their condition should be monitored closely after administration; avoid taking it with other analgesics. Nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, pruritic (itchy) rash, rash, fixed rash, elevated AST, elevated ALT, high anion gap metabolic acidosis (HAGMA), chronic hepatitis, acute pancreatitis, nephrotoxicity, thrombocytopenia, hemolytic anemia, impaired platelet function, tendency to bleed, elevated blood pressure, cyanosis, blood disorders, fatigue, malaise, limb cooling
