This medication is used for symptoms such as high myopia, night blindness, amblyopia due to central and peripheral retinal degeneration, vision decline, and stability fatigue.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

For adults, take 1 capsule 3 times a day.

Precautions

This drug should not be used by women in the first three months of pregnancy or those who may become pregnant, as administering more than 5,000 IU of vitamin A may pose a risk of congenital malformations. Individuals with hypersensitivity to this drug or who are pregnant, as well as those allergic to soybean oil, soy, or peanuts, should not take it. Infants under 1 year of age, individuals undergoing medical treatment, and patients with lipid metabolism issues should use this drug cautiously, particularly those allergic to Yellow No. 5 should take special precautions. The prescribed dosage and administration should be strictly followed, and when administered to children, supervision by a guardian is essential. For patients at risk of lipid overload, it is advisable to monitor plasma lipid levels regularly and adjust the dosage of this drug accordingly. Additionally, this drug may reduce the effectiveness of medications containing L-DOPA, so they should not be taken together. Women planning to become pregnant or in the early stages of pregnancy should be careful to avoid excessive intake of vitamin A and limit the dosage to less than 5,000 IU when using this drug.
