This medication is used to relieve fever and pain caused by colds, headaches, neuralgia, muscle pain, menstrual pain, and sprain pain. It is also effective for toothache, joint pain, and rheumatic pain, helping to improve various types of pain.

How to take

Child dose

Children under 12 years of age should take the recommended single dose every 4-6 hours as needed. Do not exceed 5 doses (75 mg/kg) per day. The dosage based on weight is 10-15 mg/kg.

Precautions

This medication may put a strain on the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic beverages per day should consult a physician or pharmacist before taking this drug. If severe rashes, blisters, or allergic reactions occur while taking this medication, stop taking it immediately and consult a healthcare provider. As it contains acetaminophen, care should be taken not to exceed the maximum daily dose of 4,000 mg, and it should not be taken in conjunction with other products containing acetaminophen. Do not take this medication if you are allergic to it or have a history of peptic ulcers, severe liver or kidney disease, heart failure, or aspirin-induced asthma. Additionally, people taking barbiturates, tricyclic antidepressants, or those who have certain genetic issues such as lactose intolerance should not use this medication. Nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, gastrointestinal bleeding, peptic ulcers, perforation, rash, pruritic rash, fixed drug eruption, hives, itching, allergic reactions, thrombocytopenia, granulocytopenia, hemolytic anemia, impaired platelet function, cyanosis, facial swelling, sweating, hypotension, liver dysfunction (elevated ALT, elevated AST), renal toxicity, chronic hepatitis, acute pancreatitis, myocardial necrosis
