Child dose

Children 12 years of age and under: Take the following recommended single dose every 4-6 hours as needed. Use this medicine at the minimum effective dose for the shortest possible duration, and do not exceed 5 doses per day (75mg/kg). If the child's weight is known, dosing based on body weight (10~15mg/kg) is more appropriate. 4 months~6 months, 7 ~ 7.9kg: Recommended single dose of acetaminophen 80mg, recommended single dose of this medicine - 7 months~23 months, 8 ~ 11.9kg: Recommended single dose of acetaminophen 120mg, recommended single dose of this medicine - 2~3 years of age, 12 ~ 15.9kg: Recommended single dose of acetaminophen 160mg, recommended single dose of this medicine 1 tablet 4~6 years of age, 16 ~ 22.9kg: Recommended single dose of acetaminophen 240mg, recommended single dose of this medicine 1~2 tablets 7~8 years of age, 23 ~ 29.9kg: Recommended single dose of acetaminophen 320mg, recommended single dose of this medicine 2 tablets 9~10 years of age, 30 ~ 37.9kg: Recommended single dose of acetaminophen 400mg, recommended single dose of this medicine 2~3 tablets 11 years of age, 38 ~ 42.9kg: Recommended single dose of acetaminophen 480mg, recommended single dose of this medicine 3 tablets 12 years of age, 43kg or more: Recommended single dose of acetaminophen 640mg, recommended single dose of this medicine 4 tablets

Although this medication contains ingredients that protect the liver, individuals who regularly consume several alcoholic beverages daily should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. Frequent drinkers may have a higher risk of liver damage when taking this medication. The artificial sweetener aspartame contained in this medication converts into phenylalanine in the body, so individuals with the hereditary condition phenylketonuria should not take this medication. The daily allowable amount of aspartame is restricted based on body weight, and adults should avoid exceeding a maximum of 2.4 grams. The acetaminophen component can cause liver damage if the daily maximum dose of 4,000mg is exceeded, thus this medication should not be taken with other medications containing acetaminophen. Individuals with hypersensitivity to this medication, or those with peptic ulcers, severe blood disorders, liver or kidney dysfunction, or cardiac dysfunction should not take it. Additionally, people with a history of aspirin-induced asthma, those taking specific medications, individuals who consume alcohol, or those with hereditary issues such as lactose intolerance should also avoid this medication. Individuals with liver, kidney, or heart problems, as well as elderly people, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and those taking specific medications should consult with a healthcare professional before taking this medication. If any unusual symptoms such as rash, difficulty breathing, swelling, severe gastrointestinal symptoms, bleeding tendencies, or hypersensitivity reactions occur during use, the individual should stop taking the medication immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Regular blood tests and liver function tests are important to check for abnormalities when taking this medication long-term. In cases of overdose, even without symptoms, individuals should promptly visit a hospital for appropriate treatment, and medication for liver protection may be necessary. This medication should be kept out of the reach of children and stored in its original sealed container. Drug interactions

Do not take this drug with other products containing acetaminophen, barbiturate medications, or tricyclic antidepressants. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if taken with warfarin, lithium, thiazide diuretics, or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.

Food interactions

Do not take this drug with alcohol.
