This medication is used to alleviate symptoms of purulent diseases accompanied by redness, swelling, hardening, and pain.

How to take

Adult dose

Typically, adults take 1 packet (1 dose) (1 tablet) 3 times a day before meals or between meals.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by patients who present with systemic symptoms such as headache, chills, and fever along with local symptoms such as redness, swelling, and pain. Additionally, patients with abscesses or chronic boils without fever should also avoid this medication. Since this medication contains lactose, individuals with genetic issues like lactose intolerance, lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take it. Patients with hypertension, heart or kidney diseases, those with edema, individuals taking other medications, elderly patients, women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, people who have previously had allergic reactions to this medication, and children should consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication. If symptoms such as reduced urine output, swelling of the face or extremities, drooping eyelids, hand stiffness, increased blood pressure, or headache occur while taking this medication, it should be discontinued immediately and a healthcare professional consulted. Moreover, if symptoms like weakness, limb spasms, or paralysis appear, use of the medication should be stopped and professional advice sought. Immediate consultation is necessary if symptoms like skin rash, itching, or abdominal discomfort develop. If symptoms do not improve after 5 to 6 days of use or worsen, discontinuation of the medication and consultation with a healthcare professional is necessary. Long-term use of this medication is not recommended, and if long-term use is unavoidable, it should only be done after consulting a healthcare professional. It is essential to adhere to the prescribed administration and dosage, and caution should be exercised when taking potassium-containing agents, licorice-containing agents, and certain diuretics, as hypokalemia or myopathy may occur.
