Improvement of bronchitis and bronchial asthma (respiratory symptoms)
This medication is used for respiratory diseases such as bronchitis and bronchial asthma, cough accompanied by runny nose and thin phlegm, as well as rhinitis.
Typically, for adults, take 1 packet (single dose) 3 times a day before meals or between meals.
This medication contains lactose hydrate, so individuals with genetically determined galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take it. Patients with weakened physical strength, high blood pressure, or heart and kidney diseases should consult a specialist before taking this medication. Elderly patients, individuals with edema, and those who have previously experienced allergic reactions to medications should also exercise caution. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, individuals with a weak stomach, those with hyperthyroidism, and individuals with urination disorders should consult a specialist. Diabetics should be cautious as this medication may raise blood sugar levels. If symptoms such as facial or peripheral edema, elevated blood pressure, muscle weakness, skin rashes, indigestion, liver function abnormalities, shortness of breath, urination disorders, insomnia, excessive sweating, rapid heart rate, or generalized weakness occur during the use of this medication, it should be discontinued immediately and a specialist consulted. Additionally, if symptoms do not improve after taking the medication for more than one month, it is advisable to consult a specialist. Medications should be taken according to the prescribed method and dosage, and caution should be exercised when taking this medication with others that contain potassium or licorice, as it may cause hypokalemia or myopathy. When taking other herbal medicines, it is important to check for overlapping ingredients, and it is advisable to consult a specialist for long-term use. Particularly, taking this medication with ephedra, ephedrine, MAO inhibitors, thyroid preparations, catecholamines, and xanthine drugs may cause symptoms such as insomnia, excessive sweating, rapid pulse, and palpitations.
