This drug should not be used in patients with severe allergic reactions. Patients who have experienced a severe allergic reaction to this medication or similar antibiotics in the past should avoid its use. Patients with allergic diathesis, asthma, rashes, or hives should be cautious when using this medication. While taking this drug, serious allergic reactions, skin disorders, blood abnormalities, and liver and kidney dysfunction may occur occasionally, so symptoms should be closely monitored. If severe diarrhea or abdominal pain occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor. To prevent the development of resistant bacteria, this drug should only be used for the necessary duration after confirming the susceptibility of the infectious bacteria.
