Expectorant and cardiac function improvement effects
This medication is used primarily to help expel phlegm by thinning mucus through expectorant action when coughing or experiencing phlegm, and to strengthen cardiac function through cardiotonic action.
Take 1.05-3.15 grams divided into three doses before meals or between meals daily. Adjust the dosage according to age and symptoms. If compounded for preparation, reduce the dosage accordingly.
This medication contains lactose. Therefore, patients with a genetic inability to digest lactose, such as those with galactose intolerance or Lapp lactase deficiency, or those with glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take this medication. Additionally, this medication is very sensitive to moisture, so the lid must be closed tightly and stored sealed after use. Care must be taken as moisture can reduce the efficacy or spoil the medication.
This medication should be stored in a sealed container to prevent exposure to air or moisture. It is also recommended to store it at room temperature that is not too hot or too cold, specifically between 1 and 30 degrees Celsius.
This medication is a brownish-yellow granule-powder type.
