This medication should not be taken by individuals with certain allergic reactions. Patients with ulcers in the stomach or duodenum should not use this medication. Children under 2 years old should not take this medication. Additionally, this medication contains lactose, so it should not be administered to patients with a genetic issue that prevents lactose digestion. Women who are pregnant or might become pregnant should consult a physician before using this medication. Nursing mothers should also be cautious as it is uncertain whether this medication passes into breast milk. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, mouth inflammation, heartburn, or diarrhea occur during use, or if allergic reactions such as urticaria, itching, rash, headache, tinnitus, or worsening asthma symptoms arise, discontinue the medication immediately and consult a physician. Rarely, rapid heartbeat or increased blood pressure may occur, and in severe cases, a serious allergic reaction known as anaphylaxis may develop. It is necessary to be cautious as respiratory distress symptoms may appear. This medication may reduce the effectiveness of certain antibiotics when taken together, so it is recommended to space them at least 2 hours apart. It is also safe not to mix other medications with the solution of this medication. This medication should be stored out of the reach of children, and kept in its original container to prevent deterioration or misuse. Patients with bronchial asthma or reduced respiratory function should consult a physician before taking this medication in inhalation form. It is also important for pregnant or nursing women, the elderly, and children to discuss with experts before use. After inhalation, a faint sulfur smell may be noticeable, and rarely, gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, or loss of appetite may occur. Symptoms such as blood-stained sputum, chills, fever, drowsiness, or chest tightness may occasionally appear, so caution is advised. If there is an increase in bronchial secretions, appropriate methods for removal are necessary. The inhalation solution may reduce its effectiveness if mixed with antibiotics, so these should be administered separately, and it is not used for injection or ophthalmic solutions. The nebulizer should be thoroughly cleaned after use and care should be taken to prevent prolonged contact with the solution. Slight discoloration may occur in the nebulizer, but it will not affect the efficacy of the medication. This medication should be kept out of the reach of children and stored in its original container for safety.
