Adult dosage

Take 0.26 to 0.64 grams three times a day before meals or in between meals, divided as needed according to age and symptoms. If compounded for preparation purposes, the dosage should be reduced accordingly.

This medication contains lactose, so individuals with genetic disorders that prevent lactose digestion should not use it. Patients with conditions such as galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption should refrain from taking this medication. Additionally, this medication is very sensitive to moisture, so it must be stored in a sealed container after use to prevent moisture ingress.
