Intravenous administration is not authorized; if administration is necessary, continuous monitoring of cardiac status via ECG is required. In patients at high risk of stroke, there may be an increased risk of cerebrovascular adverse reactions, hence it should be administered with care. There is a risk of venous thrombosis, so thromboembolic risk factors should be assessed and preventive measures taken before and during administration. When using ampoules, care should be taken to avoid glass particle contamination, especially in children and the elderly. Should not be used in patients with allergies to this drug or similar drugs, comatose state, alcohol dependence, severe heart failure, Parkinson's disease, specific dementias, bronchitis, and pregnant women. Dosage should be carefully adjusted for patients with impaired liver or kidney function, cardiovascular diseases, seizure disorders, thyroid diseases, patients on anticoagulants, children, and the elderly. This drug can cause various side effects, and symptoms such as heart problems, muscle rigidity, movement disorders, liver dysfunction, visual disturbances, allergic reactions, blood abnormalities, gastrointestinal issues, endocrine changes, respiratory problems, and neuropsychiatric symptoms may occur; if any abnormal symptoms appear, immediate consultation with healthcare providers is required. This medication may interact with other central nervous system depressants, antidepressants, antiarrhythmic drugs, warranting caution when used concurrently, and may alter blood concentrations when combined with certain drugs. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should not use this medication, as serious side effects may occur in neonates, especially in the late stages of pregnancy. The risk of movement disorders and hypotension increases in children and the elderly, requiring dosage adjustments and careful administration.
