Adult dosage

Typically, adults take 3 grams three times a day before or between meals.

This medication contains lactose, so individuals with a genetic disorder that prevents lactose breakdown should not take it. Patients with hypertension or heart and kidney diseases, as well as the elderly, should consult a specialist before taking this medication. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, as well as nursing women, should also consult a physician before taking this medication. If symptoms such as swelling of the face or limbs, high blood pressure, or headaches occur during this medication, stop taking it immediately and consult a specialist.
