Adult dosage

For average adults, take 3 grams three times a day before or between meals.

This medication contains lactose; therefore, individuals with a genetic condition that prevents them from digesting lactose should not take it. If you are in a very weakened state or have high blood pressure, heart disease, or kidney disease, you must consult a medical professional before taking this medication. Additionally, elderly individuals, those with edema, and those who have previously experienced an allergic reaction to this medication should consult before taking it. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, individuals with weak stomachs, those who sweat excessively, individuals with hyperthyroidism, those with urinary disorders, and diabetes patients should also use caution. If you experience symptoms such as swelling of the face or extremities, rising blood pressure, muscle weakness or spasms, skin rashes, indigestion, jaundice, difficulty breathing, urinary disorders, insomnia, excessive sweating, rapid heartbeat, general fatigue, or mental agitation while taking this medication, immediately stop taking it and consult a medical professional. If symptoms do not improve after one month of taking this medication, it is advisable to consult an expert. It is important to adhere strictly to the prescribed dosage and administration; children should take this medication under the supervision of a guardian. Also, caution is advised when using this medication in conjunction with other drugs that contain potassium or licorice, diuretics, or drugs containing ephedra or ephedrine, as the risk of side effects may increase. Long-term use should generally be avoided, and if long-term use is unavoidable, consult a medical professional. Finally, this medication should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and out of the reach of children. Decreased urine output, severe swelling of the face and extremities (edema), heaviness of eyelids, jaundice due to liver disease (yellowing of the skin or eyes), interstitial pneumonia (cough, shortness of breath, respiratory distress, fever), urinary disorders
