This medication is used for purulent diseases that present with erythema and swelling accompanied by hardness and pain on the skin.

How to take

Adult dose

Generally, adults take 1 sachet 3 times a day before meals or between meals.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by patients presenting systemic symptoms such as headache, chills, or fever along with local symptoms of erythema, swelling, or pain. It is also advisable not to use this medication in patients suffering from abscesses without fever or chronic boils. This medication contains lactose; therefore, patients with lactose intolerance or specific genetic issues should not take it. Patients with hypertension, heart or kidney diseases, or edema must consult a specialist before taking this medication. Patients who are on other medications or treatments, elderly individuals, pregnant women, or women who may become pregnant should also seek consultation before use. Caution should be exercised for individuals who have previously experienced allergic reactions such as rash or itching due to medication, as well as for children. If symptoms such as swelling of the face or limbs, increased blood pressure, headache, malaise, or limb convulsions occur during use, usage should be immediately discontinued, and a specialist consulted. If symptoms such as rash, itching, or discomfort in the abdomen arise, or if symptoms do not improve after 5 to 6 days of taking the medication, usage should be halted and a physician consulted. Long-term use should be avoided, and if necessary, a specialist should be consulted. The prescribed dosage and administration must be strictly followed, and caution should be taken when using with certain diuretics or medications containing licorice, as this may pose a risk of hypokalemia or myopathy. When taking with other herbal medications, care should be taken to avoid ingredient duplication. This medication should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children. Additionally, to maintain the quality of the medication, it should be kept sealed in its original container.
