It is used to alleviate symptoms of oral mucositis caused by physical factors such as radiation therapy or intubation. Therefore, it contributes to reducing discomfort in the oral cavity and promoting recovery. This medication is used to alleviate the symptoms of various oral inflammatory diseases.

How to use

Adult use

Rinse with 15 mL at a time, 2-3 times a day, either undiluted or diluted with a small amount of water. Do not use continuously for more than 7 days without medical supervision. Adjust the dosage appropriately according to age and symptoms.

Precautions

This medication may pose a risk of gastrointestinal bleeding in individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic drinks a day; therefore, it is essential to consult a doctor or pharmacist. Patients with hypersensitivity to this medication should not take it. This medication contains Yellow No. 4 (tartrazine), and individuals with allergies or hypersensitivity to this ingredient should use it with caution. During treatment, symptoms such as oral numbness, tingling sensation, and burning sensation may occasionally appear. Rarely, allergic reactions may occur, so caution is needed. Gastrointestinal symptoms may include belching, nausea, and vomiting. Additionally, rare side effects may include sleep disturbances, visual hallucinations, hives, rashes, and heightened sensitivity to sunlight. This medication should not be swallowed after rinsing; it must be spat out. It is not appropriate for use in children under 12 years of age. Lastly, this medication should be stored in a secured container out of reach of children.
