Adult dose

Adults usually take one dose (4g) 3 times daily before meals or between meals.

This medication should not be taken if there are systemic symptoms such as headache, chills, or fever, in addition to local symptoms such as redness, swelling, or pain. Patients with abscesses or chronic boils without fever should also avoid taking this medication. This medication contains lactose; thus, individuals who have a genetic disorder that prevents the breakdown or absorption of lactose should not take this medication. Patients with high blood pressure or problems with the heart or kidneys must consult with a specialist before taking this medication. Patients with edema or those on other medications should also discuss the use of this medication with a specialist before use. Elderly patients may require caution such as dosage adjustment due to potential weakening of physical functions. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant must consult with a specialist before use. Those who have previously experienced allergic reactions such as rashes, hyperemia, or itching due to medication should also exercise caution. It is advisable to avoid use in children, as safety has not been sufficiently established. If symptoms such as decreased urine output, swelling of the face or extremities, increased blood pressure, or headache appear during use, discontinue immediately and consult a specialist. If symptoms like muscle weakness, extremity cramps, or paralysis occur, stop taking the medication immediately and consult a specialist. Discontinue use if rashes or itching occur on the skin, or if gastrointestinal discomfort is experienced. If symptoms do not improve after taking the medication for 5-6 days, consult a specialist. Long-term use of this medication is generally not recommended. If it must be used for a prolonged period, consult a specialist. Be sure to follow the prescribed usage and dosage, and caution is advised when taking this medication alongside potassium-containing drugs or certain diuretics due to the risk of side effects. When taking with other herbal medications, ensure that there is no duplication of ingredients. Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight and moisture and seal tightly after use. It is important to keep this medication in a safe place out of the reach of children. Transferring the medication from its original container to another can risk misuse or degradation in quality, so it must be stored in the original container.
