Since it contains acetaminophen, which can rarely cause serious skin reactions, if any symptoms such as skin rash or itching occur, discontinue use immediately. Caution should be taken not to exceed 4,000mg of acetaminophen per day, and it should not be taken with other medications containing the same ingredient. Individuals allergic to this medication or its components, those who have previously experienced asthma, infants under 3 months, and those taking certain antidepressants should not use it. It is advisable not to take this medication along with cough suppressants, other cold medications, antipyretics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Children suspected of having chickenpox or influenza, individuals with allergic constitutions, or patients with liver, kidney, or heart diseases, as well as pregnant or breastfeeding women, should consult a professional before use. If symptoms such as rash, itching, vomiting, dizziness, urination problems, severe skin reactions, or difficulty breathing occur while taking the medication, discontinue use immediately and consult healthcare personnel. This medication should not be administered to children under 2 years of age except in special circumstances, and the prescribed dosage and administration must be strictly followed. Questions about this medicine

  • QIs it normal to feel sleepy after taking it?

Pancol A liquid contains an antihistamine ingredient (chlorpheniramine) that can cause drowsiness, so feeling sleepy after taking it is a common reaction. During treatment, please avoid driving or operating machinery, and if the drowsiness is excessive or accompanied by other abnormal symptoms, stop taking the medication and consult with a pharmacist.

  • QHow many times a day should I take it?

For adults, the recommended dosage is 30mL three times a day, taken 30 minutes after meals. If symptoms persist for more than a few days or if there is a high fever, it may be better to seek medical attention rather than continue taking the medication.

  • QHow many hours after taking Tylenol can I take this?

Panacol contains acetaminophen, which is similar to the component in Tylenol. If you take both medications together, your daily intake may increase, which could be a burden on your liver. If you have already taken a medication containing acetaminophen, please inform the pharmacist about the time and amount taken and confirm whether you should continue with this medication.
