The testing process was organized, allowing me to objectively understand the current state of my eyes, and they explained the results in a clear way, which was really helpful. Especially when I learned that my dry eye symptoms were worse than I thought, it made me realize I hadn't been taking care of my eyes enough. After that, I received detailed guidance on how to use artificial tears and establish eye rest habits, and they prescribed me medication to use if necessary. As I started to gradually change my habits following their advice, I noticed that my eye fatigue was slowly decreasing. I had only thought about my vision issues, but this experience made me realize how important it is to take care of my overall eye health.
