I think it's because of the cold that my muscles were really stiff, so I got physical therapy and acupuncture. I'm always scared of needles... but the staff were so kind, and I had a good experience.

It was done in a really comfortable atmosphere. The doctor listened to my condition, kindly diagnosed it, and through calm consultation found a solution. It was such a satisfying experience.
