I have visited Kyung Hee Korean Medicine Clinic several times, and I have always felt very comfortable receiving treatment each time. First of all, the director is very kind, and I appreciated that they did not gloss over the painful areas but meticulously checked exactly where and how I was experiencing discomfort. It didn't feel like they were just looking at the symptoms; they made an effort to listen to where I felt the most discomfort and what kind of treatment I wanted, which instilled trust in me. They explained things in an easy-to-understand way and didn't pressure me into excessive treatments, which made me feel more at ease visiting. The clinic atmosphere was calm, and the staff were friendly, so I was satisfied every time I visited.
