I started therapy because I kept beating myself up over mistakes at work. I’m learning cognitive techniques to break the cycle of self-blame, and I’m slowly changing my mindset. Now, I focus more on the positive aspects of what comes after a mistake rather than the mistake itself.
I visited for insomnia and they gave great advice.
The doctor provided a really good consultation. I liked having the consultation in a comfortable atmosphere. I'm seeing results from the medication.
The staff is kind and they provide great treatment^^~~
