I had a really uncomfortable experience. I visited due to pain, but they told me the surgery was delayed and I couldn't get treatment on the same day. They were accepting appointments while turning away a patient in pain, and I left feeling quite frustrated.
The hygienists were friendly and really helped with the treatment.
They explained everything well, were friendly, and I highly recommend them.
Everyone was so kind and nice, I think I'll go again next time.
I feel like they're kinder and more service-oriented compared to other hospitals.

Dear Doctor, I am the patient, Ko Geun-il, who visited for a treatment on Thursday but was unable to receive any treatment and had to return. I was told by the receptionist that due to a backlog of surgeries, treatments could not be performed. If surgeries are indeed delayed, shouldn't it be a principle not to accept any new appointments? How is it reasonable to take appointments while simultaneously telling visiting patients that they cannot receive treatment? I kindly request your response.
