I went for a consultation because I keep feeling bloated and experiencing frequent burping after meals. The discomfort was more pronounced after eating than when I was on an empty stomach, especially after having a late dinner, when the discomfort lasted for a long time. After arriving, I organized and shared my recent eating patterns, late-night snacking habits, and caffeine intake. In the consultation room, they specifically checked when the symptoms began and whether they were accompanied by any pain, and pressed on my abdomen to look for gas bloating or tender spots. They explained the possibilities of whether it was simply indigestion or a decrease in stomach motility, which made it easier to understand the situation. They also pointed out that overeating, irregular meals, and stress could be affecting my stomach function. They clearly explained the prescribed medication, including the timing of doses and whether to take it before or after meals, and advised that it would be best to avoid greasy, spicy, and irritating foods for a while. They even mentioned that if the abdominal pain worsened or the symptoms persisted, additional tests might need to be considered. This wasn’t just a visit to get a prescription; it was an opportunity to reflect on my lifestyle habits and organize a management plan.

Just like how I tend to visit a clothing store more often if the staff is friendly, I think I'll continue going to Hodang Clinic because they are very kind and thorough with their treatments. It's great not to be in pain, but if I do have issues, I'll definitely return. LOL.
